This press conference has been held at the Main Hall of Pertubuhan IKRAM Malaysia (IKRAM), Seri Kembangan, Selangor on 11 March 2016 where many reporters were invited.

To celebrate the International Women's Day on 8 March 2016, the Head of Women's Wing, Pertubuan IKRAM Malaysia, Datin Paduka Hjh Che Asmah binti Ibrahim exclusively read a statement to end the violence against women in Egypt.

May the statement be heard by the Government of Egypt and other world leaders so that actions could be taken to stop such uncivilised acts in the country.
