Ketua tentera Jeneral Abdul Fattah al-Sisi, tentera dan Kerajaan Haram Sementara mesti dipertanggungjawab. Tugas pihak tentera adalah untuk menjaga keselamatan rakyat dan bukan membunuh mereka.
KAMI menyeru kerajaan Malaysia menggunakan seluruh pengaruh politik dan diplomatik untuk memberi tekanan kepada pihak tentera Mesir untuk menghentikan pembunuhan dan kekejaman terhadap penunjuk perasaan yang berhimpun secara aman yang menuntut hak demokrasi mereka.
KAMI juga meminta kerajaan Malaysia mempengaruhi Pertubuhan Negara-Negara Islam (OIC) agar mengkaji semula keahlian Mesir dalam OIC jika tentera enggan untuk menghentikan pembunuhan beramai-ramai dan Presiden yang sah dan dipilih secara demokratik di Mesir dikembalikan ke kedudukannya yang asal.

STOP THE KILLING, REINSTATE MORSI AS THE LEGITIMATE PRESIDENT OF EGYPT
We, the representatives of various organizations, deeply concerned with the latest development of Egypt political crisis.
We categorically condemn the massacre of more than 300 pro-Morsi supporters and members of the Muslim Brotherhood in various areas in Egypt yesterday.
The army chief Gen Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, the military and the present illegitimate interim government must be held accountable. The role of the army is to preserve the security of the people and not to kill them.
We call on the regime to stop such blatant atrocities and urge all parties and nations to condemn the killing of innocent lives.
We appeal to the Malaysian Government to use its political and diplomatic means to press the Egyptian army to stop the killing and the atrocities against pro-democracy protestors who have their rights.
We also appeal to the Malaysian government to influence the Organisation of Islamic Countries (OIC) to review Egypt’s membership if the army refuses to stop the carnage and reinstatement of the legitimate and democratically elected President of Egypt;
